About Our Practice

The value of life lies not in the length of days but in the use
we make of them: a man may live long, yet get little from
life. Whether you find satisfaction in life depends not on your
tale of years, but on your will.

Our practice is about life and all the happiness and value derived from it.

The most serious impediment to living a “good” life is the scourge of physical pain and its effects on our psychological and emotional well-being.  We estimate that approximately 17 million people in the United States alone are in uncontrollable pain – every day and every night of their lives.  The toll this takes on not just the patient, but on their friends, family, and society overall is stunning.

Most of my new patients have been in pain for many years and have tried many and various healthcare providers and their preferred remedies before coming to me. You may read some of their stories on  my Home page under “Success Stories”.  I present these stories as a way of demonstrating to you just how much attention must be paid, and how much effort must be expended, in pursuit of finding  just the right treatment for your particular case.

The source of pain is difficult, and at times impossible to diagnose. However, most of the time we can work systematically to find the cause of your pain and improve it (or cure it) by eliminating the causes or, through medication and procedures, blocking the pain messages a pain generating area sends to your brain.

Don’t listen to anyone who tells you that you should learn to live with the pain.  Don’t allow your chronic pain to go untreated or under-treated.  Never give up.  Seek to employ measures to control your pain before it controls you and your life.

In this practice we focus our essence on alleviating, controlling, or eliminating your pain.
