About Dr. Hiesiger

Dr. Emile M. Hiesiger is one of America’s leading neurologists with over 30 years of experience specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic and acute pain. Dr. Hiesiger is a clinical associate professor at New York University’s School of Medicine, an attending physician in the Department of Neurology at NYU Langone Medical Center, and an attending neurologist at the Manhattan Veterans Administration Hospital and Manhattan Veterans Administration Pain Clinic.

He has perfected the use of CT-guidance in interventional pain treatment and published numerous academic articles on pain, as well as written two books on pain  for the lay reader.

Since 2007, Dr. Hiesiger’s focus has been the use of QEEG to measure acute and chronic pain.
